J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. le rapport qualité-prix est exceptionnel. Les chambres étaient propres et spacieuses, avec une connexion wifi disponible. De plus, l'emplacement dans un quartier calme était parfait pour moi. J'ai également apprécié la présence d'un marché local juste en face de l'hôtel. En bref, cet hôtel offre un excellent service et des prix abordables.

This hotel is perfectly located with easy access to all major Singapore train stops, making it a breeze to navigate the excellent Singapore subway system. It is also conveniently situated near different shopping malls and all the shopping centers along Orchard Road. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff provides exceptional service, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, the rooftop pool and spa are fantastic amenities that add to the overall experience.

The executive lounge can get crowded during peak hours, making it less enjoyable for guests seeking a quiet space to relax.

This hotel is located in prime position, surrounded by shops and restaurants, with easy access to taxis and public transport. the luxurious spa centre with a range of full body massages and a rooftop pool with stunning sun loungers were a highlight of my stay. the restaurant offered an impressive selection of delicious food, and the private facilities were outstanding. Here, all of my exclusive needs were met with exceptional service.

The TV in the room was a bit outdated, but this was a minor issue that did not detract from my wonderful experience.

The furniture in the lobby was scratched and a bit sparse, and the pool and decks were in need of repair. the lack of practical closets or wardrobes in the rooms was a drawback, as it made it difficult to properly store and organize our clothes.

There were a few minor hiccups during our stay, such as housekeeping forgetting to provide towels and replenish the soap dispenser in the shower. one of the waiters in the cafe had a rude approach when asking about payment.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel looked almost brand new. The staff were very good too ensure our comfort and well-being, especially during my recovery from surgery. The location was perfect, with the hotel being just a 5-minute walk away from the MRT station and close to many shopping complexes and restaurants.
